I oversaw all ecommerce operations enhancing website performance, optimized product presentation, and drove digital revenue growth.

One significant challenge I encountered was the process of establishing an online brand and cultivating a positive reputation, as well as developing an eCommerce platform during a time when marijuana had not yet been legalized.

This situation presented unique obstacles that required innovative strategies and careful navigation of regulatory uncertainties.
